Description

Drug Interactions:

Flumequine is incompatible with trimethoprim and sulfa compounds.

Side Effects:

Allergic reactions.

Withdrawal Period :

Meat: poultry: 3 days.

Ruminants: 8 days.

Preservation :

Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25° C.

Indications

Indications :

It is given to treat respiratory and digestive diseases caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria in poultry, calves, sheep and goats such as E. coli, hemophilus, Pasteurella, Campylobacter and Salmonella.

Contraindications:

Do not give in case of allergy to flumequin. Do not give to chickens that produce table eggs. Do not give to ewes producing milk intended for human consumption. Do not give in case of kidney or liver problems.

Dosing & Usage

Usage :

It is given orally after mixing it with drinking water.

Dosing :

Poultry: Treatment: 100 ml /200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.

Calves, sheep and goats: 3 ml /50 kg live weight twice daily for 3-5 days.

Pigs: 100 ml / 600-200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
